How does your quoting process work?
We start with a free, no-obligation walkthrough of your facility. One of our owners will visit in person, assess your space, and put together a custom cleaning plan with a clear, honest price. Everything is spelled out upfront.
What if I am not happy with a cleaning?
Call us. You have the owners' direct number. We will come back and make it right. Since every account is owner-managed, the people who answer your call are the same people who can fix the problem.
Do you provide your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring everything needed to clean your facility, including commercial-grade equipment and cleaning products. If you have specific products you prefer us to use, we are happy to work with those too.
Can you clean outside of business hours?
Absolutely. Most of our clients prefer evening or weekend cleanings so there is zero disruption to their operations. We build the schedule around what works for you.
